I’m a late posting the entry, but here goes. This week’s teaser is:
Michael, I need to ask you for a favor,” he started, “but first, I want to apologize for Kiyoshi’s behavior Sunday night and mine as well. I was abrupt with you and I know you must be wondering why I didn’t introduce the two of you.”
Astonishment reaching new heights, Michael swiftly schooled his face, watching as his Sensei rose and gave him a formal bow of apology.

The teasers are pretty much at the beginning of the story. The book has already introduced mystery, intrigue, former lovers, and the police wanting the Sensei to help them locate someone who might be associated with the Yakuza. The genre is Yaoi. This is my first reading in this genre.
